I've been experiencing a beautiful shift lately. If you've known me personally, you know that I've experienced bipolar depression off and on over the last 26 years or so, and especially over the last three years. Despite a profound meditation practice and many other helpful practices, and despite seeing incredibly positive and enduring changes in my life over the last seven years, this depression continued to come back repeatedly.
Finally, however, this lifelong tendency has started to shift in a powerful yet graceful way. So I've been gratefully inspired to share with you over the next few weeks and months the changes that have brought new healing into my life. Rather than attempting to teach, I'll simply share what's working and how it fits into a more holistic lifestyle and self-care program. It will serve as way for me to reinforce the positive shifts that are occurring as well as contribute valuable information that can make a difference in your life.
